Very centrally located hotel, pleasant staff, good room size, efficient A/C, good water pressure.

For us it was ideal.

Convenient location near restaurants, supermarket, and bus station. Spacious and clean rooms with functioning hair dryer and shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool. Good Wi-Fi.

I had a great stay at a hotel in downtown Cancun! The room wasnice and neat, with a hot shower and good WiFi. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was actually surprised by my stay at this downtown hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a cold AC to combat the Cancun heat. The free WiFi worked well, allowing me to stay connected. The staff, especially the receptionist at check-in, were helpful and friendly. Although the continental breakfast was basic, it provided a good start to the day. I had a positive experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast included in the price was to our taste, offering a good selection of options.

The only downside was that the pool area didn't receive much sunlight, but it didn't bother us as we preferred to explore the city during the day.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. We were under the impression that a continental breakfast would be available, but it consisted only of bread buns and coffee.
