It's located on Avenida Tulum, just a short walk from the ADO bus terminal, making it very convenient for transport. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The rooms on the second floor were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including two single beds. The breakfast included in the price was to our taste, offering a good selection of options.
The only downside was that the pool area didn't receive much sunlight, but it didn't bother us as we preferred to explore the city during the day.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to everything you need. It is near a lively nightclub district with popular clubs like Sexy, 11-11, and Karamba just a short walk away. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the ADO bus station, making transportation easy. You will have plenty of options for entertainment and exploring the city.
The breakfast offered by the hotel could be improved. Adding some muesli or granola, along with fresh fruit, could make it healthier and more satisfying.

We had a great city break at a hotel in downtown Cancun. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We enjoyed being able to walk to Parque Las Palapas and explore the local food vendors and other goodies available. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with information on how to get to the beach area using the local bus. Additionally, the rooms were safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. We were under the impression that a continental breakfast would be available, but it consisted only of bread buns and coffee.
